"Cedar Creek Grille is a classic American grill specializing in straightforward cuisine made from the highest-quality ingredients. House specialties include simply grilled fish, U.S.D.A Prime sirloin steaks, and a classic burger. Grilled chops, roasted organic chicken, and lobster bisque are other favorites. All dishes are made fresh in-house, often starring locally sourced ingredients.Warm and inviting, the setting evokes the classic grills of the 1950s and 1960s, with cherry wood ceilings and wainscoting, old barn-wood floors, and a spectacular butcher-block bar top made of reclaimed wood from a former Cleveland factory."

Cedar Creek is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is always good, we also love the biscuits. The trout is my absolute favorite dish. The service is always nice. It's definitely our go-to when we want to be sure that we will have a nice experience overall. I was thrown off that the restaurant did not update the online menu to go alongside the dine in menu as we went for brunch recently and I had already hoped to order a country fried steak dish I saw online which was not offered anymore. Other than that, Cedar Creek is our top choice on the east side for a good dinner for family outings, birthdays, and other occasions. The decor is very warm and inviting. There is even seating by the fireplace. I recommend this restaurant.
The food and drinks were great. Shrimp appetizer is a must. Fried artichokes were interesting and the sauce that came with them really complemented them. I definitely wouldn't order the fried artichokes if you have braces like I do. The bread was amazing. The fries and salmon were great.
Tried this place out with a friend and it was good. There's these crunchy pita looking things they give you with sunflower seeds on them that tasted good and sort of sweet. I had their salmon dinner and my friend had the mushroom burger with cheddar instead of Swiss cheese. My only wish is the salmon came with veggies or rice instead of fries on the side. As for the decor, the lighting is very low inside and there's a lot of art on the walls. There's also a bar area. Not a bad place... would definitely go again.
This place was fabulous. I got the salmon dinner and my boyfriend got the Amish chicken, both were really really good. We both agreed that this place feels super fancy inside but the prices are reasonable for a nice date night. They have burgers that are around $18 but it also goes to around 40 for a steak. Super super good and I’d recommend to anyone. Our waiter also made things even better- Jake was fabulous and made the whole experience amazing. He was attentive without hanging on your shoulder or ignoring us which was nice. The food especially our appetizer came out super quickly and the food came out in a timely manner so it was great. Definitely 5 stars for the price and atmosphere as well as food quality- the mashed potato’s are awesome and we both super recommend. We will be back!
Our party of 4 enjoyed our meal and service immensely! Our server, Samantha was perfect, and really went out of her way to take great care of us! I ordered the chop salad and added Cajun shrimp, delicious. Others in our party ordered the swordfish special. If you come in on a Thursday all bottles of wine are half off -this place is a well run machine, kudos to the management Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed.
Hygiene: 4/5 Service: 5/5 Food: 3.5/5 I came here on a summer evening with my family and friends. Some had wine others had cocktails but I'm mainly going to focus on my experience. I was first greeted kindly by Max the waiter, he had a very professional approach with perfect timing. Never came too early, nor late, just on time. I ordered a biscuit to start, I have to say, it was the best biscuit I've ever had. It was a smooth transition between a hint of honey and butter, served on a cast iron skillet. Soft on the inside but lightly crispy outside. As a drink I went with the homemade lemonade. It was great. Not too sour, not too sweet. As a main course meal I decided to go with their smash burger with bacon and fries. I have to admit I was disappointed... The fries to start were very bland, the oil was not right. It tasted like cheap fries. The burger came on a homemade bun, with BLT. To start, the bread was homemade but the texture was all wrong, it was slightly stale in some parts and broke down as I was eating the burger. The bacon was probably the most disappointing. It was definitely sitting for the whole day. It had great flavor but completely destroyed the soft texture of the burger. There was a massive contrast in each bite. Soft, Hard and chewy. The bacon should've been crispy. The lettuce and tomatoe were good. Fresh. Perfect amount. The beef was tasty. Perfectly seasoned, soft and juicy. It went perfectly with the cheese. I had a piece of my friends calamari and it was delicious. It had me thinking that maybe I didn't order the best dish. I would suggest next time having a go at the seafood. The hygiene was interesting. The table was perfectly cleaned and so was the general atmosphere. The bathroom was very fancy looking but maybe just a little too much. The sink was overflowing leaving some puddles in the walk way. I almost slipped. However the urinals were accompanied by a small TV to ensure I didn't miss any games. The door was pull to open on the way out. Not good. After washing your hands you don't want to touch anything. Especially if you're going to eat. All in all I would come back again, maybe try something different. Maybe the salmon or steak. Vegetarian options: Very flexible with food options. Can easily remove or add toppings.
I met some friends here for lunch and it did not disappoint. The service was friendly and excellent. I love their salad especially since they dice the toppings such as tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.Food: 5/5
The picture might not look appetizing but they make the best veggie burger I've ever had! I can never take a pic when I get it I'm too hungry. My office is nearby and we order from them consistently - they are always on point!
We love Cedar Creek Grill! But we decided to try the sushi and it was “ok”! An over abundant amount of rice, and the rolls were a bit large, large enough to have to slice it in half, then you’re not getting flavor consistency. Vegetables were sliced a bit large and fish was minimal Will we get the sushi there again? Probably not! But you can’t beat the smash burger and fish nuggets at happy hour!!
Thought this would be a nice place to celebrate my 9 year wedding anniversary with my husband and the experience was a bit disappointing. The service was OK our server was polite. The deviled egg appetizer did not taste fresh and the bacon was cold, my lychee martini tasted like rubbing alcohol I couldn't drink it because it immediately burned my mouth and throat which led to some heartburn. The French onion soup was good and hot but I was given a dirty spoon that had a thick layer of old French onion soup caked on the back of it after that I was pretty disgusted and lost my appetite, I'm so glad I checked before using it. My salad tasted like someone dumped salt on it I could only take a few bites. My husband enjoyed his burger and the complimentary bread was good. Wasn't the best choice for anniversary dinner.
