Good, consistent Mexican food with friendly wait staff. Cute and colorful decor. Margaritas are really good - nice selection of Mexican, domestic and imported beers.

Wow, no words to describe this restaurant. Customer service is amazing. Servers... amazing. If there ever were to be a problem, the manager seems to have always been ready to fix it. If you're looking for a good place to eat, 15/10 recommend this place. The salsa is made fresh and the Queso tastes like love at first sight. The hostesses are the nicest, sweetest, and most beautiful women/young adults I have ever met/seen. The bussers are always on watch, constantly bringing out chips and salsa, as well as cleaning the tables. Very impressed.

Staff was Not friendly whatsoever! We sat close to the entrance where the female manager just stood and talked to the hostess. We needed more napkins and salsa, so we asked her politely if she could get that for us.  She seemed annoyed that we even asked her. So, thanks for the 4 extra napkins and the one tiny bowl of mild salsa for myself, my husband and my 2 young kids to share!  Another girl delivered our food and she had attitude as well. 
We enjoy Cebollas, but this was the only location where we have experienced moody staff.  We won’t go back to the Dupont location again. We just happened to be on that side of town.  Oh and the food was below subpar.  We almost always order the same menu items when we visit the Fernhill and West Jefferson locations and it’s flavorful and delicious.  Too bad this manager set the tone for an unwelcoming experience.

I mean, I love cebollas but in my recent few experiences the food was so, so salty. I love salt - my husband's only complaint when I cook is occasionally it's too salty but to me, could use a little more! Anyways, the salsa is kinda flavorless and the food is just ok anymore, chain-wide. 2 stars for previous good meals... otherwise I would go elsewhere.
