I was seeking help but I no longer trust this process.
whenever you call them it goes on their voice mail and they never bother to return to your call. Very poor customer service.
If you think it best to stick with one therapist for a time, ask about their commitment. I had the unfortunate experience of being dropped by my therapist when his schedule changed, after investing time and money in developing the relationship.
