every Single time I come to the store someone greets me with a friendly hello right away. A month ago I went in to get 10 gallons of paint they were phenomenal and brought the paint to my car. I also just went in this morning asking questions about my faucet leaking. They gave me exactly what I needed and did not try to help sell anything. Absolutely love this store and all the staff.
Cayuga Home Hardware store has an amazing selection of products. They have a good garden center and seasonal supplies. The pet shopping area is very impressive, the employees were very happy and friendly. Great shopping experience
The staff were very professional. I don't know anything about PVC conduit that I need to run for the wiring on my solar panel. The electrician on staff spent about 15 minutes giving me a basic course and lots of good knowledge to help me succeed. When I walked into the store one of the staff said hello. At one point I had three staff helping me out.nAbsolutely excellent customer service and just great to know every time these people are knowledgeable and help me make the right decisions. Thank you Steph at home hardware Cayuga.
I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman who helped me yesterday. I came in looking for a tap and die set, they couldn’t source the specific one I needed. But then the gentleman went into the back and had pulled one out the drawer that was exactly the one I needed. Of course I returned it back to him, but god bless these people who truly care about making their customers lives easier. 20 out of 10 for the wonderful customer service and amazing morals they have. I will definitely be returning and hope to find him again! Thank you guys!
I'm impressed. Very knowledgeable and polite staff. A young female employee was able to confently direct to the correct electrical breaker I was seeking. The size I needed was sold out,but without hesitation, she quickly tracked down one at a different location. Employees like these are irreplaceable.
