Worst courthouse I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Absolute buffoons work here. They made me go in circles for 2+ years. I have spent hundreds of dollars mailing documents back and forth. They would invent imaginary errors each time. They do not answer the phone or email correspondence. This is the worst courthouse in Ontario. If you are dealing with small claims, DONT BOTHER!
They're useless they're only benefit the rich they're allowing Housing Development in peacock Point that's going to cause hundreds and thousands of dollars and water damage cuz there's no proper water drainage for storm systems. Goes to show that the Canadian politicians only care about the rich and never about the average citizen
Helping a friend out for a drive to court.. Court Started 30 minutes late, duty council was late. Didn't follow docket list... After only 1 hour they called for a 30 minute break. Nothing gets done here. Tax money well wasted.nThen the duty council woman says we werent here. ... Um just watched you tell the office why you were running late. A transport truck backed out in front of you???nAfter working for another 45 minutes they took another 1.5 hour break...nDid I mention the Duty Council played on Facebook the whole time she was in court????
