Great experience. Great sound in the chair area and you can see the stage easily from it. Loved the big screens.nLoved the heavy police presence as well. No real drunks there that we seen, good experience that waynnOnly thing we didn't like was on the third day the chair area got out of control as you couldn't see the lines anymore. People were jammed in there all mixed up. If there would've been an emergency it wouldn't be good. There were no designated aisles on that this day like there was on the first and second day
This music festival was an absolutely amazing experience that had our entire group of 10 people itching to go back this year. The grounds are a great size that limits walking time between stages but offers so many other fun activities in the down time while waiting for your favorite artist. The cider and drinks are excellent and the vibe of the masses of fans in incomparable to any typical indoor venue. The food did not impress me that much and was quite over priced. I wish they would have had atleast a few healthy options as you are there for 3 whole days. Overall if you are a fan or country music this is where you need to be this summer. The beautiful Prince Edward Island views and the amazing music and sounds of the concerts are something that I will not soon forget. Tickets are affordable but be warned accommodations need to be book pretty much in January to find anything even remotely close to walking distance from the festival. Also the accommodations are quite pricey. I suggest making sure you find your accommodations before buying your tickets to the festival.
Nice festival !! We really enjoyed our trip !! But it's really expensive. Beer, food, shuttle.. but i Will probably come Back, lots of fun !
Friendly staff. My first time here. Expected less chaos. They should designate drinking and smoking areas. Not very happy with having to breath in second hand smoke plus vapes and what about tripping over other people's alcohol beverage cans. A bit disappointed with that. The acts have been great thus far & the volunteers are kind. Just not pleased with the inconsiderate; inebriated and smoke chimney guests. For a tenth year anniversary I'm surprised it was so 'lax
Good event run by competent staff, security presence could have been stronger. Water tens could have been made more visible.nnThey also used a boom to suspend a screen... Now, I'm all for 'gettin'er'done', but operator procedure 101 is to not leave your boom in the air because if the hydraulics fail, someone gets squished.nYou get fines or fired for doing this kind of stuff on construction sites...
