The food is tasty and healthy, deliveries are timely, and communication has always been super easy. On a per meal basis, Caveman Grocer is priced higher than some delivery services (we use "meal kit" deliveries for family dinners) but their microwave-ready single packaging meals are super convenient for a healthy workplace lunch if you're too busy to meal prep yourself.

If you are busy (who isn't!?), don't like doing the dishes (who does!?) and enjoy tasty and healthy food (eh YES please!) then Caveman Grocer is your answer. I find the convenience the best part. When in a pickle, I don't have to sacrifice my time for my health. Through using this service, I've tasted lots of new ingredients and dishes too- WIN! Lastly, the team is exceptional.. if there is something that would make the service better for you, let them know- they honestly want to help :) Great job, everyone at Caveman Grocer!

Caveman Grocer has been an amazing discovery for us last year. Not only is the food top quality and flavourful, but it is portioned correctly and helps with weight management. We also find it cheaper than if we did our grocery shopping and cooked ourselves.
