The shop has a kiosk at the Bountiful Market on the south side of Edmonton and that is where I had something to eat from there. The cookies are great. I had the Cappuccino salted caramel cookie sandwich and it was awesome. All the cookies looked and smelled good so I can only assume they taste great like the one I had. I will definitely buy again when I visit again.
Best cookies and sweet treats around An amazing owner and staff who are always friendly. In all the years we have been supporting them we have never had a bad experience. Store in fort Saskatchewan, booth at bountiful market and can find them at a ton of farmers markets. You have not had a great cookie until you try one of theirs.
Not good service, they are not allowed to sell just 1 cookie, after the purchase we decided to switch our cookies, they wouldn’t refund or exchange do not recommend As per owners replay Many other booths in the market sell 1 item, there is another booth that sells cookies they offer a single cookie. My husband asked for a exchange you declined also where rude and don’t give him another option. You said sorry nothing we can do and that was that so I’m confused about the reply. Regardless of the cookie I’m not worried about the $14 just maybe a adjustment on customer service for your company would be a good idea.
I love caught in the cookie jar!! The mother and daughter running this business are all about supporting local and their community! They have amazing customer service, as I am always greeted with kindness and never leave unsatisfied! Plus to top it off their cookies and many assorted “cookie” treats are to DIE for! They sure put their heart and souls into this small business.
The folks running this small women-owned family-operated and LGBTQ+ friendly local business are really the sweetest pun intended! They have sampler packs, edible cookie dough and cookie sandwiches galore! Seriously good stuff. Every time you visit their booth, you feel like a part of the family regardless of if it's at a farmer's market in Red Deer or their storefront in Fort Sask. Seriously could not sing enough praise for this business! I have even had the opportunity to work with them providing extra hands and extra support to run one of their booths. Part of running a successful local business is about engaging with the community and I always feel like a part of the family with the Cookies folks. Do yourself a favour and grab yourself a treat if you have the opportunity to do so!
Don't even bother looking at all the 1-2 star reviews that focus on the firing of an obviously terrible employee. This business has standards to maintain and letting someone go within a probationary period is entirely justified. If any of these review bombers had even an ounce of professionalism they would understand that dealing with the public requires more than just a bubbly personality and showing up to work. Next time you're driving through gasoline alley, remember to stop by this business and show them your support during these extremely difficult times! Don't let people like this shut down a great local business
This business is family owned, with amazing baked goods & friendly staff. I have always experienced kindness and service with a smile. The cookies are good as a gift or to kill a craving. Always 5 stars from me with these ladies.
Amazing food!! Best cookies are the coconut oatmeal skor cookies. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful, and the owner is such a delight. Seriously considering going out my way on my next road trip just so I can come here again. Unforgettable place for sure!
I have had these cookies many times! Best cookie place around. If you’re thinking about visiting this business please do so! don’t listen to the bad reviews, they are just the minions of an employee that got let go, for good reason. Super inclusive business!
Seriously the most amazing treats and I love that I can taste just real ingredients and not preservatives. Anita and her staff are so lovely, I love visiting the shop...often, lol!
