We've completed 3 renovation projects with Catalyst (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room & basement) and would highly recommend them as a general contractor. Their customer care is superior; they listen to your needs and provide you with options and ideas to suite your budget and preferred style. Their employees are friendly, professional and highly skilled at their jobs. The management team is accessible and informative. The quality of work is excellent.

Not a review about your work but one of your drivers. Coming home from work I was tailgated by a large GMC? Chev pick-up. High-beams on and I moved over. He got in front of me and was swerving in his lane. You should remind your drivers the company name is on the side of the truck. Couldn't get plate as it was covered with snow.

We recently had a main bathroom renovation completed by Catalyst. Overall we are extremely pleased with the final look and functionality of our bathroom. The project however, did not come without headaches and frustrations. We chose Catalyst because they advertised themselves as Baeumler approved and with a 'design-build' expertise. We were also pleased to hear that they had 'Builder Trend' - an app designed to make decision making and communication easier and up-to-date. Communication was often frustrating. At times it felt like the primary reason we stayed up-to-date about the status of out project was because we were the ones pushing for status updates. We signed up being told that BuilderTrend would keep us updated, but it didn't start getting used until 2-3 weeks into the job when we expressed concern that it wasn't being used. Once BuilderTrend was used, it was basically an early morning message (around 9am) about the upcoming days plans. Seeing as we left for work before 9am most days, those messages were not overly helpful. That being said, all of the onsite Catalyst team members were courteous, professional, and kind. The job site was always left clean by Catalyst members, and the final touches (mirrors, towel hooks, toilet paper holder) were all done exactly to our specifications. The bathroom is beautiful. We love the tiling, the vanity, the overall look, and the finishes. We just wish we were able to be more hands-off from the project without worrying about things actually getting done within a reasonable time frame. The project did start a week late and finish about 3 weeks late (2 weeks late if you account for starting 1 week late).

Catalyst recently completed our office renovation. It was a large project for us with many different elements to it, but Catalyst put together a great team to complete the work and keep the project on budget and on time. Our staff are extremely happy to be working in the new space. We have had nothing but positive feedback from our clients and even courier personnel who cannot believe how the office has changed
