Catalyst Fitness and Crossfit

Ever since coming to Catalyst I've noticed a huge difference in my fitness level. I'm doing things I would normally not do at other gyms such as the olympic lifts and burpees. I enjoy the atmosphere at the classes, everyone is so encouraging and uplifting! it makes my time at the gym fun. The coaches at Catalyst are very helpful and I've learned a lot from them whether it's correcting my form, helping me with double unders, or getting encouragement to keep going during a WOD. I'm happy to be apart of the Catalyst family.

I've just passed the 6 month mark and couldn't imagine my life without WODs at Catalyst! If you're looking for to start working out, change things up, take it to the next level you need this gym in your life! The best part about this gym is the new friends you'll make! Nothing is better at motivating you than having amazing gym buddies that hold you accountable! If you've been thinking about it, take the leap! Great coaches ensure you're always motivated and always working your hardest! Thank you so much for changing my life and helping me love working out again!

Thanks so much to the crew at Catalyst CrossFit this week. I ended up in the Soo for a family emergency and they welcomed me with open arms all week long. Great workouts and a great bunch of people. Thanks for letting me crash the lunchtime classes. If you live in the Soo, I strongly encourage you to check them out.
