The lady who did my credit app took a lot of info from me, but she didn't answer the minimum or if I could borrow anything at all. She kind of left me hanging and I just think Fusion could have at least called me and explained things more in depth or to see if I had any further questions. Your rep violated my disability rights in canada for getting a loan as they said it wasnt able to be used with my regular working hrs. I feel violated and wil be contacting a human rights lawyer in Winnpeg to pursue legal action. Plus the rep went on vacation and failed to communicate with me leaving me on the hook for some other rep to lead me down a trail with no results. I would look for a bigger bank to go to as the communication and how i was treated by the first rep was unnaceptable.
