0 ventilation. The moment you walk in it burns your eyes. They might have a great selection but you can’t see it through the haze of smoke. I love a good cigar lounge but this was like smoking in your cousins basement.

This place is disgusting, the clientele is filthy, there are no good cigars to choose from. Go to Twins in Londonderry instead.

Pretty good place to go to purchase a quality cigar and smoke it should you be so inclined. Bring a smoking jacket with you, because the place isn't well ventilated. You will reek of acrid cigar smoke leaving this place. I went here to find some good quality pipe tobacco of which they had none, except for some bulk aromatics. The selection was not that great either. The new pipe selection is dismal. They do however sell a lot of high-end cigars that a lot of other shops don't have for a reasonable price. Bought fav cigar here and it was perfectly seasoned. I will come back here.

I have come here multiple times a week for over a year now and I just love this place. The staff is great, the other customers are almost always friendly and talkative, and it's really easy to start getting to know people quick here. Enjoy a cigar from a top Notch selection while sitting on some comfortable leather chairs, enjoy the history of the decor on the walls around you, enjoy good conversations with the people around you, and set aside the drama and hustle and bustle for a little while. Take life at a slower pace for a minute and stop by, you won't be disappointed.

I don't smoke cigars but came here to buy a cigar for a relative. His only instructions "use whatever money is left of from buying whiskey to get the best cigar you can." I told those exact words to the shop attendant and he provided a cigar that my relative seemed to enjoy. Shop was very interesting and manly.

I started at their satellite store in Keene and immediately fell in love. Since they're gone and I work around the corner from one of their main stores, I enjoy my visits. Even if they don't have my favorite cigar, they have that brand. Worth a stop in if you enjoy a quality smoke.

Stepping into Castro's Back Room is like stepping back in time. Leather chairs and couches so a football or baseball game can be equally enjoyed while smoking either your favorite cigar or newest discovery. Wooden high back chairs with a Chess set ready for you to enjoy with a friend or maybe a game of Pool in the back of the store is more your style. Staff has always been friendly, helpful, and capable of offering on the mark suggestions. Decor is obviously focused towards guys but females have often and frequently visited the store. Accessories are readily available and are of quality, just like the store. Highly recommend.

One staff member in particular here is great to have around, very kind and willing to check on things if unsure. The prices on some brands can have a large markup, which is somewhat expected for a local shop. The hard part is when you wish to purchase a box, they hardly ever have one. Have called about buying 3 different boxes and they only had half a box or less each time and was told only one person could order so they couldn't order it for me. I was willing to wait longer and pay 30 dollars more to support a local business, but unfortunately it is not a service they seem to put high on the list. They also do not carry much as far as accessories or butane lighters. Other than this they have a decent selection and would recommend stopping by.
