The staff is friendly & helpful, often with tips & insights that will make the task 50% easier. Their end-of-season sales are excellent ways to get goods at bargain prices.

Awful service. I was at the checkout, 4 staff hanging around chatting, and the cashier ignored me and started cutting a key. If they don't want your business you don't have to force it on them!

Great customer service. They answered the phone when I called and came to help right away when I arrived. They made me a replacement piece for my loom. Made it very easy for a clueless person to get the help I needed.

My Bay St. special order turned into a bargain, with the owner calling me about a better deal at her Cook St. location. Both locations have the best displays with quirky merchandise.

Local and handy. Well stocked and fair prices. Knowledgable friendly staff. I'd much rather support my neighbourhood Castle than drive to a big corporate box such as Home Depot.
