Cassy’s is the only cafe serving Youbou and we are grateful it exists. Where else can you get hometown service that will serve a breakfast sandwich, latte, or a cocktail from the same counter

Great breakfast sandwich. Love the fresh toppings of lettuce, tomato, onions. Coffee was good, definitely want to try the lunch options next time.
This is a really great coffee place. Good for breakfast and lunch too. We visit our cabin in Youbou a few times a year and this is one of the pleasures of being there. We go almost daily!

We're in Lake Cowichan for the first leg of our honeymoon and on top of this whole place being amazing and relaxing, it's been such a joy to grab coffee at Cassy's every morning. Great service, good coffee, and fantastic conversation. It was actually reminding my wife and I a lot of The Ruby in Dog River, from one of our favourite TV shows, Corner Gas. EDIT: I have to add that not only are their caffeinated beverages amazing yes, it's REAL espresso for anyone in the know, but their food is fantastic, highly recommend the French onion soup. Also there's a very cute gift shop attached which is great for souvenirs and things you may have forgotten to pack such as we did.
The food is great and price was low I was highly impressed with the selection of food/beer of a very small town place. the quality of food was great and all people I talked to was highly impressed as well I'll definitely be visting again
