Ordered a chicken Caesar wrap lunch box. The customer service was ok from the men, but every time I come here the bigger lady with dark hair always seems to act like she doesn't know how to talk to people and turns away even if you're right in front of her I've also witnessed her pick her nose and scratch her head without washing a while ago which is why I stopped coming a year ago. I wasn't too impressed by the wrap. And the 'carrot sticks' they gave me were expired packaged ones like they give in school lunches for kids.

Wow! Never been here until today. Ordered a Reuben Sandwich and French Fries. The grill man used white bread and American cheese! What kind of a cook puts a Reuben on white bread with American cheese? Cold skinny French fries. The cashier took her sweet time coming over to ring up my order, since she was too busy talking to her coworkers. Yawn. Boring and mediocre food and service. Never again.

Amazing location for lunch! Staff is very helpful. Communication from this location is phenomenal. Ordered a huge group lunch, they had everything made correctly and on time. The soup and sandwiches had our entire office smiling ear to ear.

We ordered lunch to be delivered via DoorDash. I've never had any food from Cassie's before and I'm glad I didn't read the reviews first because I probably wouldn't have ordered. I couldn't disagree more with the negative reviews. The food was fresh and delicious, obviously prepared with care. The presentation was wonderful. We will definitely be ordering again. My coworker and I both ordered the half soup and sandwich. Excellent choice! Portions are good sized. Prices not bad at all.

Ordered soup, and the server scooped it into the container, spilled some, and then wiped the container WITH A DIRTY TOWEL that was stained and sitting on the counter top. Eeeeewwww. Seeing this happen places might make you think it's normal, but it is NOT hygienic and not considered safe food handling.

I ordered Cassie’s for catering for an event at my place of work. The boxed lunches were so-so quality, and 3 of our boxes were mislabeled and 1 person did not receive their dessert. The pick up was easy but the food quality just wasn’t up to par, especially for the price. Not sure I would use then again for catering.

I really enjoy Cassie's salads and other foods but, regardless of an active pandemic, employees SHOULD be required to wear a mask when preparing food! I've been there twice and ordered a salad and the preparer did not have a mask. One of them was turning to the side to cough. Not acceptable.

Food order process was seamless this morning. Blueberry pancakes were filling, and a definite steal for the overall price. Good value, this place.

I've only ordered their salads, food is good at best but the service regardless if they don't have a mask on is always great. It is really nice to see a smiling face every morning and afternoon.

Why are there two 'locations' for the exact same place? Too many bad reviews? Honestly, this places biggest downfall are the people that work there. This place does not have courteous staff, the food is meh, but the staff are gross and eat food behind the counter and don't wash their hands- you can watch them prep your food. You can stand there waiting and waiting while the staff talk to each other and ignore paying patrons... Breakfast is greasy and flavorless and the food is really overpriced. I used to eat here often, but I stopped after a few years when I continued to have unpleasant experiences.
