We come here eat all the time and I never left a review but that changes today. The food we had today was amazing and the steak was mouth watering
Food is above and beyond once again! Always something great to try on the menu like the wings and potato skins! Great service and music entertainment with “Wills Addiction” and friends in attendance! The staff really tries to make your experience the very best it can be! Such a great St Patrick’s Day experience !!!
Personally I’ve only been a handful of times, and only to have supper, or have a drink or two and play some Video slot machines. Service is great, security can be a bit too aggressive or hostile just walking to the door,no reason for us to feel that way, even if your of legal age and have proof of ID, I’ve seen people and have been treated ignorantly, until they seen,I was spending money!! Not a very welcoming establishment in my opinion, I did enjoy the experience, because I had nothing else to compare it to other than TV, and also, the Moncton Casino. I also don’t understand, why so many table games are not open regularly like other casinos? I’m not member, and choose not to be as im not a fan of going gambling often. I do see room for customer service/security improvements when entering and walking around. I personally felt like I was being seriously followed and it was quite obvious, with the amount of people, and the staff with all the cameras, there is absolutely No need for this aggressive approach, especially when I’m am a female! I have has grown men following me around the establishment clearly staff, like im going to commit a crime! They remind me of loss prevention people in a store, when your not doing a thing but shopping, and your being followed all over and it’s obvious. This is worse since they are clearly security, I understand casino’s have rules and regulations to follow. Also the flip side is, as a player/customer for the bar or restaurant, and I have started playing and having a drink, and I feel eyes all over me the entire time, it’s also a very small casino! Stern, boadygurd like men that are security inside, immediately make you feel like you did something suspicious and not very warmly welcomed. Unless maybe you have a continuous presence and some kind of status‍. I know I didn’t feel very comfortable, even spending 20$ at a machine and a drink, I would like to spend time in the establishment more, but I have gone only, like I said, a handful of times. Always the same thing. So it’s quite dull for a casino, it’s feels very judgemental and uncomfortable immediately. Now the bartenders/restaurant staff are great!!! But overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place for a good casino experience, honestly. Unless your wealthy and have status, like I said, I personally wasn’t impressed and felt as a new person to our casino experience, I should have felt welcomed. Wealthy people aren’t just people who flash money, cards and cars, showing status. You never know whose experience you may ruin and cost the business clients. I feel this place is barely hanging on again, and it shows! I can only pray for, the entire casino to teach all staff to be not super judgmental, as you really can’t know who may be new and look average or less to some but, their bank accounts are huge. One last thing is,why not have more in casino small comedy shows,magic/talent ect, within the casino that would be to small of an audience for the Center 200 arena?
One of the nicest golf simulators I've played. My second time here today. Hundreds of courses to choose from. Plenty of clubs to use if you don't have your own or you may also bring your own to use. Security will check them as you enter. Check-in is at the casino restaurant. There is a nice lounge area with complementary tea, coffee, and soft drinks. $35/hr is very reasonable for a sim. I recommend one hour per golfer to complete 18 holes comfortably.
Only had a few beer and I got kicked out, The bigger security guard was cool but the skinny little dark haired young white fella acts like he runs the place don't serve any liquor if people can't enjoy themselves
