Cash Money Cheque Cashing

This is the worst cash lending company in Canada. I strongly urge to you never use their services. Extremely rude and aggressive individuals. Unwilling to work with customers. Money Mart is a much better option with civilized representatives.

Never dealt with them nor i talked to someone from their company. Without my consent, they did credit check on me. This company needs to be reported.

By watching there nothing but worried bout there money by telling them you won't have the Money till the following week n won't allow me to Get on track u till the next week after, they switched my stuff and they call you 8 times a day from either 1800.or a local number that shuts off right away as soon as payment wasn't made, I called to tried to make arrangesments with a 24 hours store with ten Mins to twelve on Thursday n told me there is nothing they can do... I had call previously twice before that n they seemed to not like me being upset n chose there decisions for me... They have no proper communication between head office n store level which is highly concerning as 50 percent of the time the notes in computer won't be Made. Just remember they do record there calls..

I had a chance to speak to a new hire by the name Serga at this location She was amazing on the call and resolved my inquiry with such professionalism .They should hire more people like her and definitely give her a raise and promotion !

Exceptional and admirable service To those who follow my reviews know that I have written service reviews of establishments around the globe, so I concluded that I've seen it all. well focus I was showing that I've not seen it all. I went Cash Money location at 2363 Finche Ave. W on south west corner of Weston rd and Finch Avenue in Toronto to do transaction, moment I got inside I was greeted with angelic smile with confidently measured voice says "hello we will be with you shortly" when my turn to be served come up she said may I help you. I was serviced by a young looking lady named Christina that went above and beyond of her duty to make my transaction as smooth and pleasant as possible, to the point that I could not tell wether if she was the owner of the shop or just top of the line professional specialized customer service industry. If this review would allow more than maximium stars I would award her. I definitely recommend Cash Money at this Weston and finch location. Christine thank you for your second to none service.

Rude, unprofessional, and they will be harassing you. They don't follow the laws, call over 5 times a day ever after being told to only contact me by email. They lie and will not care about the problems they cause. All they want is to cash out on the most vulnerable. Stay away.

This is the worse company for customer service they lie about what they say and are not there for there customers. Takes your money when they say they wont.Talk to someone one day and next day they won't talk to you. DO NOT USE cash money!!!!
