Applied for another loan due to extortionate vets bills so I can put my dog out of pain, let's see how quickly this process goes as in a yes or no and funds being sent. My first loan was great and offordable but was delayed in being deposited so let us see how this one goes. Good company if you are experiencing temporary hardships or need a temporary float until payday.

Tried to pay off loan early, link does not work and stated my agreement number is incorrect. Sent about ten emails and tried calling, no answer. All the while a very small loan is gaining astronomical interest as they fail to let me pay it off early! DO NOT USE

DO NOT GET A LOAN WITH THIS COMPANY, absolutely disgusting, they were harassing me calling me 5 times a day and when I got in contact for help as I couldn’t make my last payment I was IGNORED. Find another company!! They do not care about their customers NOT WORTH IT

I was a previous customer of cash4u and I made a complaint a few months back and I didn't realise that they would never find to me again because of this complaint. I re-applied on again this week and I got emails saying my application had gone to underwriting, I rang them up and asked what happened to my application and customer service put me on hold, she came back and told me because I made a complaint a few months back that they would not lend to me which was fine but then the emails came and they blatantly lied about the reason my application was rejected here is the email exchange and a side note I have a recording of the call with customer service clearly saying it was because of the complaint and not because of the credit agencies "Dear Mr. Uddin Thank-you for applying to Cash4unow for a short term loan. Having reviewed your application we regret that we are unable to offer you a loan at this time. When making a decision to offer a loan, we consider a variety of factors, including the information you provide to us on your application form, and information held by Credit Reference Agencies. You have a right to be told which Credit Reference Agency or Agencies we use in our decision making processes and to obtain from the Agencies a copy of your file. The CRAs we use are listed below. For full written details of how your data may be used please contact the agencies below they will charge you a small statutory fee." My reply "When I rang in 20 minutes ago your customer service lady said it was rejected because I made a complaint a few months back so why send me this when it wasn't based on credit reference agencies? I even recorded the call as well. Feel free to listen back to the call yourself as it says all calls are recorded. I called at 10.28 2nd March." Please be advised our decline email covers multiple potential decline reasons and is not specific to your current situation. Regards Cash4UNow My reply - Did you speak to the lady who spoke to me? And did you listen to the call if you think I am lying about this i recorded the call too. You can make up what you want that is fine it check the evidence before writing these emails. I will post this up on trust pilot and send trust pilot and the fca the recording myself just to prove I am telling the truth. Please refer to the letter we sent you dated on 19/08/2021 In the letter it states that "you have complained about our processes, Cash4Unow will no lend to you again" Regards Cash4UNow Finally they admitted it and proves how much of a lying company they are and if you make a complaint they will black list you. I also have a recording of the call with customer service which I will happily share to prove I am telling the truth but the email admission is enough to prove I was telling the truth. I gave them the opportunity to be honest but they wasted it. FAO cash4u - please don't message me again privately and pretend you are investigating a compliant we have been there and done that you proved to be liars so don't waste your time writing to me.

Absolutely disgusting attitude on the staff, they hung up on me numerous times. Not helpful DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Looks like its some kind of doggy company. I was approved for loan but it never happened. They are sending me back to same window I already fill. Dont waste Your time.

Having been told over a week ago I'm due money having over paid from my debt management plan rang um gave them my details be in your bank 48 hours or such no money next call o be in either Friday or Monday still no show call yesterday o I go speak to banking 10 minutes later o be in Ur bank by 8 tomorrow as in today Today's call still no Monday well Ur team member spoke to someone last night and said well sir they nobody here that time well u record call u see what she said Shocking

I had received a cold call from this company asking for my father. The "lady" who I spoken to had a stricken attitude. I requested the company she was from and said "data protection, I can't give you that". Staff need to be topped up on customer service regularly and address your company your calling from and respect.
