Truckers, beware of this place. They do not respect us or our time. I wasted 2.5 hours filling up here. I pulled up today and there was a line of 11 semi-trucks. I figured the pumps weren't working so I called the gas station, explained the situation, and asked if there is a problem with the diesel pumps. I was told that there was abolutely no problem with them, so I waited. It wasn't until I finally reached the pump that I realized that not only do only half of the pumps work, but the ones that do work are insanely slow. It took me 2 and a half hours to get out!! If you know that there is a problem, then do something about it!! Especially when people explicitely ask you. Don't just lie. This place is so disrespectful of people's time. Also, there's an old guy that works here and is here every time. He could not care less about his job. Whenever I ask him to pay my items with my rewards, he lies and tells me that I don't have any. Either he doesn't know how the app/rewards system works or he just doesn't care. Every time I ask him for 2 copies of my receipt he makes me ask twice and even then he rolls his eyes and sighs as if printing another receipt is so much work. Every truck driver needs 2 copies of his reciept, it's not that hard. Management, you really should consider making some changes to this super low-rated gas station. And learn to respect others' time. You messed up several truck driver's schedules today. Many of these hard working people lost hours of sleep because of you.
This location is the worst location I have ever been too. Bad service, no one cares. On top of it all they scammed me out of $100. My card was charged almost $100 for 2 slices of pizza. When I called they said they would not fight the dispute. When I called my bank to handle it hey challenged my dispute and I was unable to get my money back. Do not go to these scam artists.
The air pump is broken. After fully depleting whatever air I had in my tire, the tenant said it's totally cool to drive up the street to another Casey's on my rim.. yikes "it's not touching the ground, this isn't your rim" he said with an attitude as if the broken pump is my fault. Good job dude.
Tried to pay for gas, and the cashier was extremely unfriendly. Walked over to my pump, not even a minute has passed, and the screen was frozen on “please remove nozzle.” Confused, I walked back up to the same cashier, who then involved management, and they tried to say that it was my fault because “I took too long and it timed out.” I was mind blown that something could time out that fast. They moved me to a different pump, and I walked back to my car. The same cashier then walked outside, tried to reiterate the same thing, that it was my fault and it timed out, all while putting an out of order sign on the first pump. I normally never write reviews, but the customer service at this place is absolutely appalling. I was nothing but nice, however, talking down on a customer to cover up faulty equipment is absurd.
Lines at cashier register always extra long when one person working and other 3 chit chatting. Worst customer service ever. Will definitely try to avoid this gas station in the future.
Truck drivers ur not welcome, be aware of bad and unhappy customer services especially the old guy name Robert Who have big attitudes. Just hand up if u fill using Mudflap they give you normal receipt with no company name on it no mileage no truck number , never coming back
Takes forever to buy fuel for truck. Everytime there is at leas one pump closed. Cashiers are mean. Side doors are locked. Coffee machines often broken. Long lines to register. I was very nice gas station wen it was Bucky's.
Had a pre-order in for 10:15 pm that I put in thirteen hours earlier. At 9:30 pm, I get a VM from the manager saying that it was canceled because the cook went home early. OK - fine. So I call back asking to reverse the pre-paid order that I charged. The manager says he "can't do that", but come in for a cash refund or coupon credit. Umm, no. Not making a special trip for a pizza that YOU canceled and inconvenienced me out of having. Why can this not be a simple, "OK - credited back your account"? Will chargeback that credit card payment sooooo hard...
Buying diesel of 238 gallons in to the 200 gallons capacity fuel tanks? ridiculous!!!pumps counting wrong amount of fuel, overpaying for 38 gallons. And it is 160$ extra spending . Don’t recommend to get diesel here!!!
I was just at Casey’s and the lady working behind. The register her name Erica with a tatto on her right arm very very rude I will never go back to a Casey’s I want a corporate number she had a attitude with customers
