We have loved caseys pizza forever! But over the last few years lots of the stores seem to be having problems. Old expired food. Rude employees. And pizza that's beyond gross! Casey's is know for its pizza and if you can't get that right you should just close up shop! This pizza was supposed to be large extra cheese. There's no way there's extra cheese on this pizza. In fact there's so little you can see the crust through the cheese. I've posted comments about several of the stores we've had bad and good interactions with. Caseys rarely responds or follows through. The company doesn't care about their customers or their employees or their name
Super bummed, pizza was good but the chicken wings were extremely burnt.
I love Casey’s breakfast pizza so I swung in to grab a slice. No pizza. I asked and was simply told “I just got here”. So grabbed a breakfast sandwich and it looked terrible so I opted for a hash brown, can’t screw that up. Ha I was wrong. Absolute garbage one bite and the rest in the garage. Disappointed to say the least.
Caseys Pizza is our families favorite but there is something wrong with this particular store. Their wait time is unacceptable. I understand busy, no control over that. Staff your store. One person making pizza and two walking around the kitchen. Literally drove to St. Cloud and got pizza and was back to Foley before our order would've been done at Caseys!
I ordered 30.00 worth of food- I get there to pick up and the woman that was supposed to be making my food was outside smoking. The cashier, a very nice young man went to get her and 15 minutes later she decided to go in and make my food. The cashier tried to apologize for her actions. I was not the only person waiting for her to come n make food! I will never get food from here again!
I love Casey’s Pizza. It is by far my favorite take out pizza. But this location has some of the worst management I have ever experienced. Employers openly and loudly proclaiming they won’t do their required duties. Employees not doing their job, two orders in a row completely screwed up and three out of six pizzas not even cooked when we arrived to pick them up. Then a $2.00 discount on over $60.00 dollars in pizza. Please... Joke!! Failures like these are caused by poor management. Plain and simple. Bad hires, bad training, no expectations, no discipline, no repercussions and obviously no cares givin to make it any better. Sad...
I've always had a good experience in this casey's I think it has been years since I've had a rude cashier. The employees I've dealt with are great especially marco who always greets you when you walk in and is always in a good mood when i go in. But aside from that i want to acknowledge the girl i spoke with today 7-6-20 at around 9am. I didn't catch her name but i called as i lost my dog who i love dearly. I asked that that if they saw him to please call me. She was so sweet and kind when i explained the situation. She was even kinder when i called back to say we had found him. Normally people would be like ya you lost your dog whatever. But she was very kind and i want people to know their are still kind people out their.
They have good pizza, but everytime we order from Foley it takes over an hour to get our food delivered. Online gave an estimate of 40 minutes last time. After 30 I called and was told he was on his way over. Waited another 40 minutes and called to cancel as the kids were starving. She said again that he was on his way. He arrived as we were leaving to go out for food and I sent him away because at that point I'm sure my food was cold. I noticed that he had a friend in the car, is that something that's ok when you are working? I like the food, but the service leaves much to be desired.
We stop few times a week and always no pizza.you ask and always get we got busy.no sorry the kitchen job to keep up.5pm today no pizza and 2 workers in kitchen no excuse.if you see pizza getting low its your job to make more.very sad people dont use their brain
I have seen major improvement in this store in the last month there is always hot and cold food ready to go for your convenience
