Casey's Grill Bar

We stopped in for lunch at Casey’s in North Bay and had a fantastic experience. My wife ordered the butter chicken, my mom had the soft tacos, and I went with the Caesar salad. Everything was fresh, flavourful, and nicely prepared.nnA special shoutout to Graham, our server — he was absolutely awesome. Friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Service like that really makes a difference.nnWe’ll certainly be returning the next time we’re in town. Highly recommended!

Dined in recently for the first time and thought they were okay. 2.5/5 is my rating.nI think if people are drinking, it makes it easier to forget about the sub par food, very small portions, and high prices. Service is good though.nnHubby ordered the burger and fries and said it was OK - Burger World, Montana's, East Side Mario's, and Cecil's were far superior he said. Hubby said burger here was not good enough to come back for.nI ordered the fried chicken burger and mashed potatoes with gravy and was very disappointed. The chicken patty tasted like it was fried in fish oil and was overall, a below average sandwich due to the strong fishy taste. I had ordered mashed potatoes and gravy as the side and my plate came out with fries. After sending it back, my plate came back out within 5 minutes containing mashed potatoes that tasted like it was made with dirty sink water and instant potatoes. I didn't finish my meal. The mashed potatoes were inedible. In addition, the portions are very small for the price.nnThe service was good - friendly staff and no wait time to get to a table had made a reservation via email. My issue is primarily with the kitchen and the food; NOT the servers. The servers were great. Servers were friendly, kind, and pleasant to interact with. Wait time was a little long, but there was only one girl servicing an entire area on her own, and I applaud her hard work.nnOverall, I will not be back - there are WAY BETTER restaurants in town. I do not recommend this place for their prices and poor quality food. It was NOT terrible, but not good enough to bring me back. I did not like my dining experience and it was not worth the $80 bill including tip.

Our group had a wonderful experience at Casey’s tonight! The food was fantastic. My husband had the mushroom and brie burger with a veggie patty, which was cooked to perfection, and I had the Tuscan chicken off the winter menu, our server’s recommendation, and it was phenomenal. Our server, Elisha, was the sweetest young lady and truly made our visit special. She was always smiling, genuinely seemed to enjoy talking with us, made us feel right at home, and ensured we always had everything we needed. She was busy but never made us feel rushed or forgotten. Amazing food and service — we’ll definitely be back!

I've always loved Casey's, and the one here in North Bay solidified that feeling. It is always a pleasure going there. They are friendly and welcoming and always make sure you want to come back. The food is great, so it makes the decision to go back even easier. It's well located in the city for a quick stop or even for a quick pick up for take out. Always recommended.

I've been here many times over the years. The food is always delicious. the staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, yet not a bother. the atmosphere is energized and positive. My go to dish is the Fiesta Nachos. I have tried many other times on the menu, never a disappointing experience. They also do take out when dining in is not an option. Will definitely be back.
