The A.M. cashier never has change make for a hundred is rude about it. 45% of time and they hard have anything needed in stock they only have one register going at all times or employee s standing around taking to store manager, which always block parking in front of store for long period s and the air pump station blocked 50% of time when needing to use it, on truck day there always a huge line something gotta make a change this store use to be better then this.

Moved to Oakland recently and my husband and I love that there is a convenient store near by, and thankfully it's open 24hr. Night time staff is much much nicer than most working during the day, their second assistant manager Becky is especially unpleasant.

I have never been rude to here until an employee Janet started she is very very rude to customers and other staff that work here and has no customer service, where did you find her. I work with people all day and that is one thing you need. I live in Oakland and this is my store almost every day whether it's just to get a donut for my daughter or a drink for myself. I am tempted to just wait to get to council bluffs to go to a different store to get my things in the morning this is so ridiculous. No one should be treated like this especially when your used to the same smiling faces you have seen forever now. All other employees are so amazing and show that they care for your customers.
