Casey's General Store

This has been a reliable place to grab drinks, snacks, and gas. Lately the pizza has been inconsistent and the night crew has been paying more attention to their phones than to customer service. We recently had a situation that made us less likely to shop here, but we did get an apology and I believe they will be working on certain issues. *Updated Review*

Might I just say, the people working here are awesome. I ordered a pizza the other day over the phone and the automated system said it would take over an hour. I didn't have that much time. So I went in to cancel it and the guy in the kitchen was able to move my order up so it got done in time. Thank you!!

Why even put an estimated time when you clearly make the pizza whenever you feel like it. This is not the first time this has happened and pizza is not always cooked completely. This seems to be a location specific issue as I have gone to plenty of other Casey’s in the country and have not had this issue.

I am in almost daily customer here. Three pros- Great customer service, good selection and the chicken salad sandwiches are amazing! Three cons- not handicap accessible, randomly change store hours and they don't sell cans of soda.
