I happen to come across their food truck and order a few pizzas. The staff was very friendly. The pizza was made fresh to order and smelled amazing. The size for each pizza is 10" starting at $11. The entire family enjoyed their personal pizza and look forward to them coming back into town.
Stopped by to get the meat lovers pizza ! It was so quick and delicious. Fire roasted thin crust pizza, with a lot of flavor. They only have out door covered seating, no indoor.
This is a gamble on whether or not you'll get a good pizza. Sometimes you can lift the slices right out of the box and to your mouth, and other times, they're overtopped, over cheesed, dough too thin, the center is rubbery, undercooked, or completely uncooked, and floppy. 30 dollars a pizza for undercooked dough? Turn the heat on that oven down so you're cooking the middle of the pizza through. Woodfire is tricky. Flavor is still a 9/10 tho
Pizza was great. Had a Butcher, and it was exactly what I needed after a long day out hiking in the mtns! Definitely recommend!Food: 5/5
Wow what a cool little place! You order your specialty pizzas at the window. If you don't know what to get the lady has some good suggestions! I went with the top two she said cuz I couldn't decide, both had the garlic butter sauce. I liked the one with the apple slices and barbecue sauce better but that's only because I don't care for blue cheese that was on the other. Didn't like the cider beer, you might, but wish I would've got the heffe instead. Oh well next time! Then Danny got the meat one of course with red sauce, don't know the name, he loved it! The toppings were all on point, the crust could use a little more flavor, oil on the bottom, something I don't know. I didn't eat the crust of any of them; tasted like cardboard, well that is if cardboard had a taste, which is my point. But other than that will definitely recommend and come back!
I've eaten here before and always had a good experience until this evening. We placed our order, our order was blatantly ignored and we waited 45+ minutes from the time of order to completion...saw several people who ordered after us receive their order. Not phone pre-orders either, people who literally drove up and ordered after us, they ALL received their order before us. Mind you we ordered a large pepperoni and Cascadia Sticks. We did not receive the red dipping sauce that is supposed to be included and the service of the closing staff was disrespectful. Never stopping there again.
Cascadia Pizza Co catered our 2021 Covid backyard wedding and we could not recommend them enough for all of your pizza and catering needs! Shannon with the catering team was so easy to work with and was super responsive and helpful working through our menu and contract. Our guests loved the pizza and everything turned out beautiful! Thank you for making our wedding day so special.
Soooo good. Chewy, flavorful crust you can eat on its own, tangy, fresh tomato sauce, cute thinly cut small pepperoni slices...
Was blown away by the the amount of cheese or should I say litttle cheese on our pizza's from the food truckn in our neighborhood tonight. Even more surprised to see the entire crew in the truck doing a number of tasks with NO gloves. Turn down the music so you can hear your customers.
5 STARS++ Cascadia catered our wedding of roughly 130 people in Buckley, WA on 9/10/22. The food was fresh, hot & we are still receiving compliments on our great the dinner was! We were able to choose 5 flavors of pizza & had a load of wings & salad on the side. Although we didn't use this perk, we would have also been able to choose from desserts/appetizers & drinks as well. Highly recommend, their team was extremely friendly & efficient.
