My car broke down in Lake Louise on my way to Banff. Although they were very busy, they told me they will fix my car on the next day. Two very friendly guys are working here, who also recommended me a place to stay and where to eat for a fair price. This is what I call customer service. Tip: Just be nice and patient to them, they will find time for you as soon as possible.

WORST SERVICE EVER!! I'd give them zero stars if I could. I can't believe these guys are still in business. Do yourself a favour and take your car to Canmore or Banff or limp it into BC. These guys charge outrageous prices for towing and do very poor work. Our car broke down just outside lake Louise and they charged us $200 for a 25 km tow. Then charged double price for an alternator. The owner is a scam artist. I really encourage anyone that reads this to look elsewhere for auto services

The service and hospitality is outstanding and the pricing is great. The owner of this shop runs an honest and ethical business and is seasoned veteran. Whether you are a local or just on a visit, this shop is highly competitve. Why let the minimum wage paid teenagers at Canadian Tire work on your car when a no nonsense business like this one is around. Overall my experience was excellent as they were very accommodating, the pricing was right and the quality of the work was professional.

65.00 to repair a tire 3 times as much as any other tire shop. 😑

The worst service we experienced in Canada. Stopped by in a morning with our car. Having problems for last few mornings with starting. The mechanic just looked at the car and told us he can change the battery. So he did. After we came back to pick up the car we had to wait at the shop for few hours till he comes back, there was just note on the door saying they went somewhere for business. I expect from a mechanic who knows this can happen to take our cell# and call us in such a case, so we dontw wait there for few hours. After they finally got back, we started the engine and the mechanic yelled at us to shut it off, we got out of the car. There was a big puddle under the front. They detached a coolant hose when changing the battery, so few litres lekaed on the ground, ge refilled it with words: ,, that's all I'm doin for ya guys". No apology! Anyways, the battery was changed, we drove to Vancouver and week later our alternator died. Took it to a real mechanic this time and he checked everything to make sure it is alternator. If Cascade auto was providing good servise, maybe we could have saved 300$, battery and a lot of time.
