An American Opinion: My wife hesitated to get her ears pierced in New York City as the service and quality was sub-par and only money equals quality. We decided to take a trip to Niagara Falls and our main purpose was to get her ears pierced and I am absolutely serious. Driving 7 hours to get here. As we walking in, we were greeted by Melody, she was very welcoming and friendly, properly talking to us and recommended the right piercing. My wife instantly thought she is the one that will pierce her ears, it was fate that we ended up here. As Melody pierced her, she was professional, my wife says it was completely painless and there was a slight problem, but yet, it was corrected and fixed without a problem and without pain. My wife ears have been painless since, though obviously red because it is fresh. But we are happy with everything and the service, If we have daughters, we will come to Melody for more piercings! Give her a raise...
Deb at the pen centre location is always very helpful and knowledgeable about every product. Had a lovely facial with her and she took the time to tell me what every product does and how it works which helped me know what to buy for my skin type. also does a very good job on my eyebrows, tinting and waxing I will never go to anyone else! keep up the good work :
I have been coming here since the first day they opened. The store is always extremely clean, the staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable. I have really sensitive skin and their products don’t irritate me at all. I love their makeup, it is the only product that doesn’t make me breakout. When I get my eyebrows reshaped, the girls take their time, and do an amazing job. I highly recommend this location for all your beauty needs!
Love going here! All the ladies who work here are super friendly and very good at what they do! Have been going here for about 3ish years now and not once have i left unsatisfied. I got my babies ears pierced here and no issues at all!
Love this location with the friendliest gals! Have been going to Breanne for quite a few years! All the girls are great and this location offers much more privacy than an indoor mall location. Bree does such beautiful makeup too! I get lost with other makeup stores but Caryl Baker makes it so nice and simple!
I LOVE this place. I have sensitive skin and have had trouble with finding products that work with my skin. These ladies helped me with not only advising me with certain facials, but also with products to use at home. I have have now been getting facials done here every couple weeks!
Got my eyebrows tinted here and i absolutely hate it, she didn't go with the shape of my eyebrows at all, they're uneven and there's tint where there shouldn't even be tint, my eyebrows look like the mcdonald's M but black, they're way too dark and i cried. friendly service tho
Brought my 3 month old girl in to get her ears pierced. Took the one lady almost 20 minutes to mark the ears correctly with the marker. Then proceeded to pierce her ears and completely miss the dot on one ear. Their response to the mistake was. “We can take it out and try again”. Extremely disappointed. Waste of $90 dollars. Will steer people clear of this location.
I love getting my brows done at Caryl Baker. I've been a BC member for almost ten years. Brianne Smeed at the OC in Niagara understands that I am very particular aka obsessed with my brows. And she doesn't judge me for it. I've had many compliments on my brows and I'm often asked where I have them done. I tell everyone to go see Brianne. I just love her!
got my ear pierced and they did them wrong. so went back in and got attitude from one of the workers so they only fixed one side and left the other and it was still wrong. i had to repay to get fixed at the pen center location but what a overall better experience there.
