It has been a journey, a true pleasure. Many of our guests are now like family. We have had many a birthday, anniversary, and just because celebrations. They keep coming back for the value, the superb quality and the ambiance. Carvella is well renowned for our famous french onion soup, ceasar salad, AAA Prime rib dinner and carrot cake, Eggs Benedict, just to name a few.
The way has been paved with tried and true. With 3.5 years behind us we are still going strong, despite the economy. Keep it simple, a menu that pleases all, with the added bonus of being able to shop while dining. A concept that works. Diversification.
