CARSON ROOFING

I am a Realtor in the Treasure Valley Idaho. I have used Carson Roofing on several occasions for bids on re-roofing, repairs for real estate transactions. Chad the owner understands the time sensitivity of negotiating real estate transactions and has always gotten me a professional bid within 24 hours of my request. His bids itemize the actions required with a definition to the products to be used and their warranty. Also, he includes options for the owners to make a proper decision. Most bidders just send an email saying that they will do the job for so much, not explaining what the customer should expect or receive from the job. This only brings trouble to a transaction and usually ends in bad feelings or unexpected results. Chad's crew is very courteous to owners and does a wonderful job to clean and protect the properties while on the job. His professionalism and follow up after the completion of the job always supports me with the relationship with my client.
