Stay Away!! Ron Carrobourg of Carrobourg Accounting has sent me an invoice for a casual conversation about taxes. He apparently feels he can invoice anytime regardless if you have signed a retainer or not. After speaking with a lawyer I informed Ron Carrobourg that this was unethical billing and I was advised not to pay. However he continues to harass me in public and through the mail. He has also used my personal information to try and recover payment. I have since learned that he has done this exact thing to at least two other people. An official complaint has been filed with the CPA.
