I honestly did not think my fiance and I would find a first home during a pandemic... BUT, Debbie made it happen! She was very persistent and did everything in her power to get us the right home. She communicated very consistently and answered all our questions very punctually. She was also incredibly friendly and funny! Highly recommend to anyone looking to make a relatively stressful event enjoyable and easy! Thanks Debbie!

There is a group of us on Facebook called Rentals of houses and apartments in Alliston and surrounding areas. I wrote of my experience with Carriage South Simcoe Real Estate Service in that group. Very disappointing experience with this Realtor. There was a verbal agreement with a handshake to rent one of their units only later to be told they'd rented it out after I asked them to lower the rent due to the mice infested bad well water unit they were trying to rent; Dianne owned the property BTW. Dianne said her daughter who is also a Realtor had found renters that had first and last in cash and handed it to them straight away... even though I was the first to call. Not a trustworthy bunch and the loyalty isn't there either. It's all about the money with these ppl and not the relationship. Dianne told me she'd keep me informed of any available units in the future... NO THANKS. I posted my experience with the group on Facebook.
