I hired the CarpetDeals team for carpet removal and wood floor installation stairs, hallway and one room. The team Kim that installed the wood floor on the stairs did an excellent job and wore mask the entire time. The team that worked on the hallway and room did an alright job. They did not clean up after themselves or ware masks. I reported the second team to their head office regarding stain marks on different areas of the floor and I've yet to hear from them. All in all, if you are looking for an average job and to have little-to-no communication with the head office, this is the company for you.Service: Install flooring

Great customer service over email and then the install guys did a super efficient and excellent job... we comment on how much we love our carpet every time we go up and down the stairs... plus it was a bit of an awkward job with the angle of the basement stairs and they made it look perfect :
