The atmosphere of the space was really great! It has outdoor seating as well and it’s a bit inside so feels more like a patio or a courtyard which is really nice. The inside also has two parts. So it’s quite big. The coffee was really delicious. For the food, I found the menu restricted for breakfast options and it was perhaps too modern for what we were looking for. It was still a very enjoyable time and we liked the atmosphere. Maybe another time of day would have been more suitable for that kind of menu.
The BEST breakfast we had in Berlin! We arrived here on Saturday around 10:30. It was a bit busy and we had to wait 45 minutes. The wait was worth it, the breakfast was perfect, excellent staff, nice and very helpful. I will definitely come back here! It is recommended to reserve a place in advance.
Delicious food, friendly staff and lovely ambience. Enjoying your delicious lunch outside in the courtyard is the best. I would highly recommend ordering the eggs royale. There are gluten free options available as well. Downsides to this place are the relatively long wait if you didn’t book a table in advance and the high prices.Food: 5/5
A nice place in general that has been here for a while now. They started out as a very small coffee shop and added breakfast to their menu over the years. Now it’s quite a medium/large venue with an outside terrace. The vibe of that sweet little coffee place is gone, it’s all business now. Most things on the menu are tasty, though quite overpriced, but that’s the location I guess. Unfortunately I chose the French toast for breakfast, which was so dry and tough, they gave me a steak knife! to cut it. The heaps of sugar and loads maple syrup couldn’t fix that one. It was just too dry, the rest too sweet… not tasty. The staff is correct but they could be a bit more friendly and/or accommodating. I know it was early in the morning, but in a place like this a friendly hello or a nice smile could go a long way. Edit: I talked to the owner about the french toast and he was grateful for the feedback Hope to try it again a next time.
We ate sandwich with aubergine, it was hot pressed absolutely so delicious. Other than that salmon toast was excellent. But French toast’s bread was extremely thick I have found hard to.chew and.couldnt enjoy so much. Porch pork bagel was okay. It was little.bit salty and dry.
Incredible Breakfast. Great place to have a healthy breakfast in Berlin in a calm area. Expect to wait at least 30 min before being seated. Everything is perfect, the quality is there and there is a variety of different beverages. I had the avocado toast and it was one of the most delicious I've had so far. Will come back.
Great service and even better food. We went there for an early breakfast and they managed to serve us we were in a hurry with a smile. The poached eggs were perfection and the coffee is high quality. Unfortunately, they didn’t have any fruit options and we weren’t offered an alternative. One to repeat.
Friendly welcome, excellent service. We had the avocado on toast breakfast, it was generously coveted with mashed avocado, bread was crunchy and authentic, pesto was delicious, the poached egg was good could have been better poached. The cappuccino was excellent, creamy with a very nice coffee taste. All in all, a must do for a breakfast in Berlin.
The coffee was sososo good! Lightly roasted with fruity blend - That’s my favourite! Sadly we just came for coffee this time! Their food and breakfast are voted one of the best in Berlin! We tried to visit again but its fully booked! SO if you are going, remember to book on their website!! Another thing I liked about this place is how it hided in the busy street and you just like walk into a quiet land for the good coffee and enjoy your quality time!
I really like this place, and it seems a lot of other people do too. It was crowded for a Wednesday afternoon. But the filter coffee was balanced and sweet, and the espresso cheesecake on the waitress’s recommendation was fantastic. Free Wi-Fi is available as well. A great so to visit if you’re ever in Berlin.
