I had a last minute drycleaning job that I needed for my wedding dress. Even and Cam have been given above 5 star service. Thank you for finding ways to make it work for my situation!  My experience with them so far have been so great and definitely takes off the stress that comes with weddings. Was looking for a high- end, hassle free dry cleaning experience and that is exactly what my experience was. I had dropped off a large pile of dress clothes that had been in storage for years and I was shocked at the condition they were able to revive them to. I had my clothes dry cleaned at Carousel Cleaners and was very satisfied with their service. The staff was friendly with excellent customer service. I highly recommend it to anyone.

i have no issues with the work, but dropped off two little drapes to be shortened.   Each other place on the north shore charged around 15 to 18 dollars each with a quick turnaround.  I didn't ask for a price but figured if it was something extraordinary someone would have said something.  Came back to get charged almost 90 dollars..........that's 4 times what i actually paid for the drapes.  If you are going to charge such high prices for such incredibly simple alterations, you really should give people advance notice.  Also was told I could pickup thur or wed, but received a text saying more time is required.  I never got a text saying they were ready at any point, but when i called a few days later, they were ready and waiting.  Again, would have been nice to have been notified.   I will go elsewhere next time.  Communication is the key  Unfortunately you have something wrong I only left a review before I spoke with you and even though you explained a few things.  After we spoke nothing really changed except that you explained how things work at your shop.  So I'm still in the same position where I paid a lot of money for a very minimal amount of work.  It's also an untrue statement I never threatened to leave you a negative review.... I left a negative review and then got a call back from your president.  It's really important when you're going to post something online to at least be honest about the circumstances.  If you are unsure maybe it's best not to post a reply until you have all the facts straight.  So while I was considering changing the review ......now that I see this new tactic of turning this around on me...to look like I'm in the wrong when all I wanted was to pay a normal price for tailoring...  I guess my review will stand

Took about 10 days for drapes to be cleaned and pressed. Decent job, no issues with the cleaning, but disappointed how much more it cost to have them cleaned here than elsewhere.  Would have been nice if they actually had a price list posted.  My fault for not confirming prior to getting job done, lesson learned.

One of not that many places which provides with pick up and delivery service, the best option for me. I like the convenience of managing everything by using the company’s app, so you don’t even need to call anyone. The prices are higher that usual dry cleaning, but it worth it.Services:&nbsp;Laundry wash &amp; fold
