Carol Ann's Pizza

These people are the best. So nice. After a couple times there they treat me like I've been going there for years. They know your name and when you order they know who it is before you tell them. The owner I think his name is Jeff is the nicest guy ever and the pretty young lady that works there is sweet too. I would suggest this place even if the pizza was awful but it's really good. I love this place.

The pizza here was super greasy and over filled with cheese and toppings. The bigger cashier also brought the pizza out on a tray but his fingers were in the pizza while bringing it out.

This review is the direct result of a phone order placed 2/24/23. My husband called to place a delivery order for that evening. When the phone was answered it was that of a young person. He could hear a lot happening in the back ground, a lot of young voices, a lot of laughing, a lot of loud talking. He told the employee what he wanted on the pizza and asked if they had canned mushrooms. The employee said they had to ask. Instead of putting the phone on hold, he could hear the employee ask those near him/her and make fun of the canned mushroom question. The employee came back to the phone and said they do not have canned mushrooms and my husband told the employee he knew, he heard the whole conversation. The employee then stammered through an apology. Then he gave his address and there was so much noise and chaos in the back ground that it could not be heard. He asked how long for delivery and they said 1-1.5 hrs. He said nevermind we will call back if we want it. We opted to go get something else. While he was gone, the pizza was delivered. The whole process was ridiculous and unprofessional except the lady who delivered, she was very sweet. It’s time to retrain some young people at this store. So frustrating.

The delivery was great in Hubertus. The pizza was ok. Would recommend different cheese. It is chewy. Also, recommend light sauce. It was good crust. Regular crust

It breaks my heart to post this review. I have loved Carol Ann's pizza since its conception, but lately the foods seems to be rushed out and no one cares if its right. I will no longer order the pizza because it either over cooked or under cooked or missing toppings. The steak and fish sandwich then became my go to order, they were both so good. Now the sandwiches are going the way of the pizza. Tonight I ordered the fish sandwich it was so over cooked that I cant understand how the cook would put it on a bun! Someone PLEASE do some quality control on your food. You started out so right, but now going so wrong.....

Really one of the only holy hill area pizza joints we rely on to have consistently good pizza. Best pizza north of the milwaukee that we've found.Food: 5/5

I hate to say I have had better frozen pizza. It was very very bland. I didn't ask for crispy crust but that's what I got. I was expecting normal crust. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is the friendliness of the staff.

I did not like the recipe. The crust was dry. The sauce tasted ketchup like. I would suggest hiring a food consultant from a professional chef. Work with them for a couple months get a recipe down that you execute as owner cook operator.
