Wrongful reviews!! I found my self Pi$$ed off like most reviewers. Until i contacted Carlton parking, I woke up to a parking ticket on my car in the visitor parking. First thing i did was call there office (8am on the dot in anger!). I spoke to a man in there office that went on to explain how the visitor parking worked and that visitor parking was for visitors only. and at no time are residents allowed to use it unless they have autorization from there PM. The Man i spoke to in there office was very helpful and easy to deal with. I knew i was in the wrong so that is that. They where helpful and nice about the hole thing even when i was pretty angry. In reading these reviews i see everyone angry because they got tickets (normal) but in most cases i read many say they live on the property? as explained to me today this is illegal to use visitors if living on the property. I most of these reviews people are angry they got tickets that all could have been avoided if the rules where followed (like my ticket) i think more people need to grow if your in the wrong and not following rules you get a ticket plan and simple.

I visited my friend for a night, registered the parking, and came down to a "warning" being placed on my car. Happy f'n holidays.

They manage my condo property and it is very frustrating that they ticket me for parking 30min during daytime in a visitors parking lot and did not ticket a random that stayed in my overnight parking. Bad service as they also do not answer emails.

I got a "warning" ticket for parking in my own condo parking lot. They won't rent me another spot so I rent one else where, but I can only park at my other spot Monday-Friday. They revoked parking at my actual condo for parking there too much. Meanwhile... there are people that park in NON PARKING SPOTS and nothing happens to them. I will never move to a place where they manage the parking
