Just came here, the lady was polite and with full of patience. Service good and fast. Also food is fresh and delicious

Great food at great prices. Place was clean with good lighting. Only thing not great was the amount of time we had to wait to order and receive our food but that was because there was only 1 person working there doing everything. Really hope management puts more workers on at the same time.

Absolutely delicious food! And they have good prices too

American chain's only location in downtown Vancouver.   Burgers are dry compared to their traditionally glamourous ads.   Facilities here could use a refresh as some things are showing their wear and age.   I think this location opened almost 10 years ago and it shows.

They have some awesome deals. And the food tastes great. Service is good as well.

Amazing service. The food was delicious. Did not know about this place. So thankful  my party and I tried this place out. Keep up the great work.

Meat was not  cooked very good. Otherwise staff were nice.
