Severely understaffed!!! One person taking orders (very slowly) on a Friday @6pm that took at least 5 minutes to get to front of line. Then it took 20 minutes for my chicken burger and fries to come for the dine in (that I wish I took a pic of) for proof. It looked like it was sat on and barely warm burger as well as the fries! Grrrr it was not even very busy in dining area because most orders were to go! ... I have given this place a few chances now and the presentation of the food nothing close to a picture they claim the food to look like. I am done with this place and ate my last meal from there. :( If you drive by on the highway and see this location my tip to you is keep driving.

I ordered a $5.99 hamburger meal with a poutine instead of fries and had a coca cola. The first half of the burger was good until i had a bite and tasted mold. The poutine was alright i even got onion rings in it too. Even though i didnt order onion rings. They also need to clean there pop machine

I love carls jr food but whoever started running this place has cheaped out. They switched up all their sizes of drinks to a size down and if you use a coupon or mobile bandit they will say you cant have the criss cut fries, you have to order it on the side.

Better than other fast food chains. This stuff tastes fresher. Especially the chicken burgers. But it was empty when I visited. Clean place. Decently priced.

Great grilled chicken burger and fries. Service was a little slow, but good overall. Give it a try if you’ve never been before.
