Carl's Jr.

The staff was friendly and helpful and we received our meal in a timely fashion. The restrant was clean and the floor was spotless. Their vending machines were shocked with drinks and condiments. I also really like the way they hire special needs people to help clean and store and stock items. It's a helpful way to give back to those who are in need. Their prices are also decent when compared to other fast food stores.

I didn't go in with really any expectation. I ordered the $5 meal #3 which had onion rings. I was looking forward to the onion rings and was greatly disappointed. You could barely taste let alone see the onion, it was mostly batter. The cooking was just another cookie, the burger was okay. The fries were decent. Won't really be going back. In this setting I feel that you do get what you paid for.

Charged $4 to switch chicken on a chicken salad from grilled to crispy. I understand paying a little extra for changes to food but $4 seems a little steep just for different chicken.

So my recent experience last night I went to Carl's jr. On Northgate with my daughter-in-law to pick up some dinner for my grandchildren my daughter-in-law and myself. We order food the guy with the red hair is very pleasant behind the counter as we're getting our own drinks we hear the guy with the red hair tell the guy who's making the sandwiches that he threw the sandwich through the bin and it landed on the floor and it needed to be remade and the guy says it's good it in a rapper. We hear this as we are getting drinks So my daughter in law watched They presented us with the food never remaking the burger. The manager lady was very polite as we informed her what had happened so she had the burger guy remake the burgers bevouse now you don't know witch one is the one that fell on the floor. You could tell that the big guy just had an attitude about the whole thing the topper is that after this they did not put the frys in to of the three kids meal and did not see it untill we got home. I would never would recommend this Carl's Jr again I will go back to Broadway where they prepare the food properly.

Great food, a little on the costly side. Had to wait for the drink nozzles to be cleaned before I could get my soda. Staff was very professional and knowledgeable.
