We don't have Carl's Jr on the east coast... So I decided to give it a try. It taste just like Burger King! This store is small with a longitudinal shape with a little bit of seating. When I went there was a promotion where you get a Jurassic World shirt if you buy a $20 burger which is humongous - I probably got high blood pressure from that alone. They also had a deal for 2 burgers for $5.
The food was tasty and fresh. The price is higher than regular fast food but similar to Fatburger. Staff was friendly and I got a free t-shirt for ordering the Jurassic park double patty burger!!!
It is my first time trying Carls burger. Overall, their burgers and onions ring are on the standard. Just feel I can’t really taste avocado sauce in the burger.
Good price for the carls meal, the only thing is that the lady told me what comes in it and she mentioned tomatoes, I repeated and she confirmed but in my burger didn't have any. Otherwise , the food was nice, good portion and it seemed to be fresh ingridients. Vegetarian options: There is a veggie burger
Today I ordered the sweet spicy crispy chicken and it’s pretty good. The chicken is moist and fresh and with the right crispiness. Carl’s Jr. is probably one of my favorite fastfood joints because their burgers are always good.
I bought one of the Carl burgers and asked for extra mail for sauce and to add tomato. I paid for the extra tomato. I also ordered zucchini sticks. I'm not sure how clear the photo will be but the meat Patty had no seasoning, not even a little salt. The lettuce was revolting. The Tomato I paid for was a single slice from the very end of the tomato. The dough around the zucchini sticks, I really can't call it breading it was so mushy, was, well, mushy and contain the smallest slivers of zucchini I've ever seen, except maybe in sushi. Disappointing overall
Decent chicken sandwich. I came into Carl's Jr. Because I am missing going to the states right now. Not as good as the real thing but close. Quick service and hot food. Missing Hardee's though
Food was decent for a fast food joint. I waited a few minutes at the front for someone to take my order which is not a huge deal. The biggest problem is that both washrooms were out of service, they need to make sure at least one is available to use for customers.Food: 4/5
The cashier did not seem like she wanted to be there. As I was ordering she kept crossing her arms... had a very rude attitude and a mean look as well. Worst cashier I've ever encountered. Was there March 20, 2023 around 4:30 pm. Tried to submit a feedback in the website but the chatbot does not work properly. Freezes after you input your email.
Amazing customer service and food. Best Carl Jr's branch I have ever visited. Very hygienic and a great view . Food was tasty and it was served hot.
