My wife and I stayed there mid September. All I can possibly say is WOW. When we arrived we originally had a king room overlooking the mountain. Once we got in we found a few minor issues that needed addressing so we went to the front desk and asked to change rooms. They went ABOVE and beyond and upgraded us at no additional charge to a 2 level condo. It made our weekend just that much better. Tina specifically was beyond amazing she was a wealth of information and a pleasure to deal with from the time we got there till we left. It's employees like her that will keep guests coming back for more!

Great location but was disappointed with the service. Booked the beer lovers weekend. The brewery tour was full during our stay so they booked a time after our departure and didn't tell us. We got a sticky note informing us when we arrived. We complained they didn't seem to understand why we were annoyed that our beer lovers weekend didn't have any beer. Also, the "assorted snacks when you arrive" in the gift basket is two little bags of nuts. Lastly, the restaurant needs work. Besides the poor quality of the food, they got our orders wrong, didn't clear plates, and the app arrived after the entree. My advice is to book a room and find your own entertainment but get the package.

Was here for a wedding. The event was lovely and the outdoor spaces are nice. Rooms could use a little refresh/deep cleaning

So, let me first start by saying that my wife and I didn't even stay there... I had reservations made months in advance, then the day before they called me and told me we were getting a "complimentary upgrade", and they were changing our room. I later checked and found that it was definitely not an upgrade! I was never able to get a straight answer as to why the room was changed, until we finally arrived to check in. The receptionist had a terrible attitude, and I ended up booking a room at one of the best hotels on the North Shore... Superior Shores/Burlington Bay! It's a little more expensive, but the rooms are amazing!!!! And I can safely say, that I have never once been disappointed staying here!

I found my stay at this resort to be ok. The mogul restaurant on site has amazing breakfast. Good price for a unit with lots of space. The TV is laughably bad, and the beds are incredibly squeeky and uncomfortable. Everything else is good. Nice showers and kitchen. Overall pretty standard. Beds are important which waited this review towards 3 stars.
