The lady who rang me up was very nice and she made my coffee perfect.. you can tell the workers have a good relationship with regular costumers and i love that.. there isnt much seating but its nice clean and cute!

Not too many Caribou Coffees around any more. This one is nice. They were out of napkins the morning we were there, but that is not the norm. If you are looking for a national coffee shop chain in Northfield, this is the place.

This place ROCKS!!!! :) Sometimes there's a small wait... but when you have 20 customers and only 1 person making drinks it's expected.

Came in to get a coffee but the cashier was chit chatting w a customer that had nothing to do w taking their order since they had finished taking their order. I was second in line and just waiting for them to finish their conversation. The cashier didn't even acknowledge me so I left without a coffee since I didn't have much time to wait for them to finish chit chatting.
