Caribou Coffee

So Dissappointed! We went to get coffee around 1 pm. Christmas Eve. The store was not busy. Just 5 customers there when we arrived and no line at the counter. Ordered our hot drinks and stood at a high top near then of the bar to get our drinks. Three different orders at the counter inside and multiple others from the drive-through taken and filled while we waited in obvious view of the barista who took our order. Finally, approached the counter after my daughter inquired about our drinks. The only explanation given was “they have been busy and behind all day.” Also “your drink order must have gotten dropped from the screen”. This was followed by a very ingenuine apology. I don’t live in Aberdeen, thus will not need to ever return to this franchise site, but perhaps management would be interested to know the customer service provided in this instance was terrible. Maybe some service skills or recovery needs to be readdressed with your staff. Drinks themselves were fine so that renders 2 stars.

Great coffee, friendly service and clean welcoming environment. I had a gift card for Starbucks and yet found myself going to Caribou coffee every day for my Java. Join the rewards program and get extra perks in your Email. Hang out, plug in your laptop and work next to a fireplace. Overall, it's an experience that you will enjoy.
