Don't come here very often as we drink coffee at home. But when we have been here the service is always great and the staff is always helpful and friendly. It's a warm and inviting place to go if you want to just hang out, read the paper before going on with your day. The Coffee selections are fantastic.
A tad slow on getting drinks, but to be expected as they're usually quite busy...specifically with take out orders. There is one gentleman there when I go every Saturday patron, that somewhat brings me the creeps...overall it's a solid Caribou.Food: 5/5
They handed me cream for my coffee to use at the cash register, at 9am, because they hadn't bothered to put any out!Service: 2/5
I have visited this caribou a few times. The first time I visited it was extremely busy and the staff was rocking it! While I was at the pickup counter I said "you guys are rocking it." No one must have heard me because there was no acknowledgment. I return another morning and I had a new person helping me at the register. Morgan was of great help and he was always wearing such a beautiful smile. He got my dog a pup cup which made both my dog and I happy. I returned the next day to fill my coffee addiction again. I went to the drive-thru this time and I was not surprised when I got to the window that it was Morgan helping me again. His customer service is top-notch and makes me want to continue to frequent this location!

This is my favorite coffee spot in the area! The staff is the absolute friendliest and my coffee order is always spot on. It’s my dogs favorite place as well lol. Some of the recent bad reviews seem to be really unfair given the current staffing shortages that are being seen EVERYWHERE. I’ve never had a problem here

Worst drive-thru experience/ customer service! They ask you so many questions before taking an order… You can scan my perks number at the window Because I’m paying on my app anyway…you don’t need to ask me my phone number at the drive-thru! The staff doesn’t seem to care that it’s disrupting to traffic at times making cars wait in the street. I almost saw someone walking their dog get hit by a car. Move it along Caribou staff… Unless you’re more concerned with yourselves instead of customer experience and safety
Please decide what covid policies you’re going to have in place. The mobile order app never works I get double charged every single time and it’s a gamble each day if we’re allowed to order at the counter or if we’ll get snapped at for stepping foot inside the door. Also, barricading the doors with the to-go tables was an all-time low—just say if you hate your customers, for goodness sake. Two stars because the younger kids who work the drive thru are super friendly and it’s not their fault the store is literally uninviting.
I get the same coffee here every day and it’s usually alway done well and I appreciate the staff. Unfortunately I walk in today to the counter and no one acknowledges me the whole time. Customer service 101, even when your busy you can say sorry I’ll be with you in a second. Trust me it’s not like your saving lives. Be better….
