I tried something new -oat milk in my Hot White Chocolate Mocha coffee. Let me tell you guys, BEST HCM I've ever had, SO good. I ended up sharing it with my friend at work because HER Caribou, from a different location that morning, had messed hers up. She agreed it was super delicious. Ironically, my order was exactly what she had ordered, so it all worked out. Great job!!! 10/10!
Barista's we're more than gracious after receiving our 8 drink order on a busy Sunday morning, they worked quickly & efficiently to get the job done.Food: 5/5
Walked in, 4 gals behind the counter, two looked up but said nothing. Waited 5 minutes for someone to come take my order. Customer service is so far gone, and then they ask for a tip. High school kids with no respect or courtesy. Atleast say "we'll be right with you"Food: 3/5

Caribou is great! Only one small thing, often they overlook my request for light ice....no big deal it’s just that I want to actually drink what I am paying for vs having a bunch of ice in my cup w/ a splash of coffee. Thanks guys!

Polite and respectful store. They once made a big mistake with my drink, and offered to give me a new one along with a refund. I couldn't care less about free stuff; all I know is I plan on swinging by here whenever I'm in the area based off of the respect the workers give to their customers.
Caribou, the only place I’m aware of that asks for tips before serving their product.
