Story

Sam Ketcham Pool is a 25 metre pool with a rope swing, diving board and slide. The pool also includes a steam room, sauna, hot pool and wading pool. Admisssion to the Fitness Centre is included in admission fees. In addition the facility has a 400 seat multi-purpose room and two sheets of ice.

$9.45 drop in fee, cheaper if you live in town. Great swimming pool, and private showers in the universal change rooms - with lockers for 25 cents.
Great pool. Very kid friendly. They opened up an extra lane for me to swim in. That was super nice. The Gym is nice and has lots of space. Nice hot tub and sauna and steam room. Kids are allowed in these : Fun playground right beside it
Such a wonderful place to come to enjoy watch the hockey games good place for workout and the pool is a very nice place as well now my fav thing is dog n suds express a big new thing to really go for when you are there no regrets
We had our company holiday party in the Gibraltar Room. As always it was a nice evening. I like the Cariboo Memorial Complex for its cleanliness, parking space and spacious set up.
Lifeguards are friendly. The kids love the slide and lazy river. The kids pool is quite large and warm with areas just over a meter deep. The lengths pool and hot tub are good but nothing special. No diving boards. There is also a steam room and sauna but I haven't used them. Not sure if prices everywhere have gone up so much but at $20 for a family it feels a bit steep compared to what I was used to.
