Normally good, not sure who the receptionist is now but not a fan. Lacks social skills and empathy. Might want to look into learning that. Saying well you didn’t call an hour ahead to change an appointment that was set an hour ago due to changing pain levels, yeah not professional, empathetic or acceptable. Do better.
The main caucasian receptionist lacks compassion. She has little to no respect for a person's current personal situation. Countless times I've called to feel belittled, her greetings and information is trying to say the least. If it wasn't for my wonderful doctor and his assistant I would seek another office. She would be better suited in a place where ignorance and disregard for peoples comfort wasn't an issue.
