We would like to take a moment to tell you about Cardona's Market & Catering Co., a family owned company since 1945. We take pride in offering top quality products with family friendly service. We are located at 340 Delaware Ave. and have recently expanded and re-modeled to serve you better and offer you more. The original market was opened by Augusto Cardona, you probably know him from articles in the newspaper or you've tasted his meatballs. Its current owner, Robert Cardona and his two sons, Robert Jr. and Anthony, now operate the store...extending the family tradition!
Our fresh produce initially greets you as you begin your way around the market. Cheese, olives, and a variety of jarred specialty products fill our shelves. Our home made sauce is made fresh with only the finest ingredients. You will find packaged meals in our to-go case, as well as all the imported and domestic pasta and rice you can think of.
If you want to make your own special meal, you will find everything you need from all natural beef, poultry, and home- made sausage in our butcher shop to spices, crackers, condiments, and sauces on the other side.
If you don't have the time to cook, then Cardona's is the place to stop. Our steam-table has become well-known for offering over 15 kinds of hot food items to choose from. You will find quality Boar's Head products and home cooked meats for slicing in our deli. Fresh made subs, artisan salads, home-made bread and cooked food make your life easier for a quick healthy meal. Home- made desserts, cannolis, and a variety of cookies will satisfy your sweet tooth.
Our catering services can help you plan for that special occasion or company lunch. All our food is prepared in-house, with fresh ingredients, using our family recipes. It's a home cooked meal, you don't have to prepare!
