This is a picture of a 4 topping pizza; not sure where the toppings are. It was about a quarter of an inch thick. Frozen pizzas from the grocery store are better. The service was also non existent. We decided to give it another try since they have new management. We will not be back.
Been a carbones pizza eat for years living in oakdale. Moved out to east bethel picked up a take and bake house special and pizza frie not to pleased. The pizza not many toppings, taste is ok not like it used to be. Not sure what happened. Lost a customer. Jacked up there prices for this pizza
Update April 2023: my mom and I visited for dinner and ate dinner inside! Very good pizza and fries! Carbone's makes delicious local pizza. Classic square cuts. We ordered the House Special for takeout and ate it down by Golden Lake Park 5 minutes away.
Partially burt thin crust pizza. And I have never had a pizzia with pineapple on it that was salty tasting. The pizza burrito thing is just a folded crust with very little filling. Save your money.Food: 1/5
We stopped at the Carbones on Lexington just about closing time. We asked if we could come in for a birthday drink. The bartender informed us that the kitchen was closed, but they welcomed us in to have drinks. So nice! And these days a little unexpected. Although we couldn't sample the food, we as in 5 of us had a great experience and will definitely go back again. For reference, this was the first time we've ever been to this restaurant. Based on the friendliness of this establishment, I would highly recommend it!
We ordered pizza at 4:30 on a Monday night that was supposed to be delivered in one hour. 11/2 hours later I called to see where it was. They told me they had lost the ticket and would get the manager for me to figure out what to do. A very young sounding girl came on the phone and said that she was the manager. I sat on hold for 10 minutes until she found the ticket. She said they would make my order right away & she would personally call me when it was on the way. One hour later I called again & asked where my order was. A very rude employee said she had no idea where it was. I asked for the manager & was told they didn’t have one working that night. The girl I had spoken to was NOT a manager. The owner was there but was “not taking calls.” 2 hours & 45 minutes later & my pizza still wasn’t made. It took another 10 minutes for them to figure out how to cancel my order & refund my money that was of course charged to my card even though they lost the order. Don’t waste your money here. The prices have gotten ridiculous & the service is even worse!
I don't do reviews this is my first review. I've been coming here for 25 years i can't do it anymore since new ownership. When going in for a pickup order be prepared to wait 15 to 20 minutes past pick up time. I keep saying one more time one more time well I'm done. I love there sauce I specifically ask the order taker to tell the pizza maker to put heavy sauce on the last 6 times and I get a dry pizza with no sauce under cooked. I'm done
Pizza, pasta, hoagies oh my! Been here a couple times, never been disappointed. Most recently ordered the chickem fettuccine alfredo and parmesan chicken pastas. Both were very good, top 10 for sure, maybe better. Garlic cheese bread was good, but a little underwhelming. Seemed like nothing more than bread with melted cheese on top, just barely toasted. Not enough to keep us from returning.
Love the food but $41.00 for pizza, bread and 2L of pop is a bit high. You add a 5-10 dollar tip on that and you have a 3 person meal and appetizer at another nice restaurant. I hope that delivery fee all goes to the drivers
Great service, food, and ambiance! I've always loved Carbone's pizza having grown up in Lino Lakes, MN. <3 This location is their best!
