Had a great experience at this new Ottawa gem! It has a beautiful patio to enjoy the delicious menu. The service was also incredible!  Can’t wait to come back and try more!

If your on keto or gluten free diet this place is for you. Tasty choices, with some interesting detox drinks. The Saturday we went service was very slow however the Ruban sandwich made up for that.

Got my order wrong, “miscalculated” how many cheesecakes they had and then could not fill my order. Not helpful or good quality service.

I am not one for trying cakes, typically if I ever do I go for the usual or anything I get my hand on, But after trying carb free carrot cake ..... omg all that changes! It makes me want more. It's rich and delicious with no carbs & sugar.  They put ones health first! Definitely getting more

Great place if you're on a keto diet! The flavours, the service, and a quaint lil atmosphere made.the visit enjoyable.

Went here today, it is literally just a fridge with a few things inside it located inside a fitness depot. What? Pics show a nice building with a courtyard. It's in an industrial complex inside a sketchy fitness depot.

Excellent service and excellent food
