The driver looked distracted or possibly sleepy, and this kind of dangerous behavior makes Highway 401 unsafe for everyone. Professional truck drivers should know how to safely control and operate their vehicles. If this driver cannot drive safely, then trucking may not be the right job for him. Caravan should seriously investigate this before someone gets hurt.
I WAS ALMOST KILLED BY ONE OF THEIR DRIVERS. He didn’t signal and cut me off and tried to merge into the lane I was in without looking. This guy should not be driving. Thank god I was in a vehicle when he came barrelling out of the parking lot of kitchen hardware without signalling. I can’t image what would have happened if he would have hit one of my homeless friends that live at the shelter near by, they would have died. This is serious! This company apparently has a past of these things happening, let’s see if they call me back like they said they would.
Very poor experience due to the trailer situation. Trailer availability and coordination were completely mishandled, causing long delays and wasted time. Information kept changing, and communication was unclear and unorganized. This could have been avoided with proper planning. Booked a load with Yan Purdenko from Caravan and after waiting for 2 to 3 hours for rate confirmation, he stopped taking our calls and answering our emails and in the last, he emailed and stated its cancelled by customer. Please do not work with Yan Purdenko.
Your Drivers needs to go back to school, driver with trailer 53530 almost hit my vehicle at port Huron MI, unsafe lane change. Feel for the owner having these kind of drivers in his fleet.
